Just went through the drive thru to get a sundae for my daughter for her after-doctor treat. Usually I feel this location is slow but today they were very quick. The gentleman at the window was nice and polite and had a smile. My daughter is very happy with her ice cream and I am happy with my latte! As a side note, I tried the new cold brew with foam last week...Not good. It was so weak that i could hardly taste any coffee at all. I might as well have been drinking water with cream on top. Please work on making those better because I love cold brew in the summer.
You guys have got to pick up the speed. Sitting in line for 10 minutes not moving but 2 cars can walk in and leave before we even order. Get your hands out of your pockets and start working.
Don’t bother trying to order a chocolate milkshake or ice cream here. The milkshakes are very good, but the past 3 times I’ve been they have been out of chocolate. Very frustrating to go out of my way and for them to always be out of product.
They did my order perfect. Keep up the good service!
So many issues.nn1. I went there twice and KIDS were inside the store not taking my order. I tried everything but they refused. Saw one of them on tiktok.nn2. Another time, I went and ordered a frozen chocolate, tasted like bitter coffee. Reminder, frozen chocolate doesn’t have coffee in it.nnAbsolutely disgusting, don’t recommend.
