I work for Instacart and I will tell you now, do not pick up orders from this Publix. Not only are they never where they are supposed to be/ or missing, the manager is an absolute monster. Apparently nothing is her or her stores fault and she’ll definitely let you know. Along with her walking away while you’re talking, throwing her hands up at you as she’s walking away, and coming back to tell me again it’s not her fault and I need to just deal with my customer service... ma’am. You are a store manager. A representation of your store. For the employees to apologize to me for YOUR behavior... sad. I’d hate for you to be my boss. If I can acquire the name, I will update with her name.

I usually have had a good experience, but recently multiple times I have seen a significant number of people going in without wearing masks. When I talked to customer service they said they try to catch these people before they enter the store. But there has been no one there the past couple of Times. I pointed out a person right in front of us who wasn’t wearing a mask, and the staff did nothing. Sad to see Publix endangering their employees life and customers lives. Better to shop at Kroger and Whole Foods, who are being proactive in protecting everyone including their employees. Wouldn’t be surprised if in the next couple of days if people start getting infected from here.

I've lived around this Publix for 4 years now and it no longer makes any financial sense to shop here. I purchased the same exact items at this Publix, Ingles and ALDI. Turns out Publix prices are 25% higher than Ingles and nearly 35% higher than ALDI. You guys are pricing a lot of loyal customers out of your store, especially in the last 6 months.
