Friendly , professional and very particular to milk allergies. I ordered this milk free chocolate cake with buttercream icing for my lactose intolerant sisters 23rd birthday. He even called me back giving me a few milk free options for the icing to make sure it was okay before adding it , even though I did decide to have it made with real butter ( because she eats real butter at home ) The cake was delicious! Tasted similar to cookies and cream . And very beautifully decorated. Everyone complimented her cool blink 182 cake and took a slice home! Will be using peach tree cake company in the future.
Great experience. This is my first time i ordered cake here. I did get what I wanted, and I also got them in perfect condition, but it’s the customer service that’s really good. After my order came, I was happy that the experience went just as I was told it would go. I have not enough words to say thanks to them. Actually I was struggling to order a birthday cake online then I found them and ordered a cake for my Aunt's birthday from here.Thay did a really great job and customer service provided by Mike is really appreciated.Thank you so much Mike to write very beautiful words on such a beautiful birthday card.
I ordered a building block cake for my son and they made exactly like the picture I gave them! Customer service is great and the whole process was a piece of cake!!! Thank you for making my son’s day special.
Poor customer experience. I had called on Saturday for a quote and had trouble in their website uploading a photo and they said I could email a picture for a quote. The person who called me back was pretty rude saying he didn’t have time to go through emails and preferred the website. It would have been nice if they would have said that when I called on Saturday. I went here from a recommendation from a friend who has gotten birthday cakes here, but definitely seemed to not want my business. Similar to a previous review, I think it was Mike who acted like my business was not worth his time.
