Excellent service. Owner was extremely helpful, delivered the boxes on time, and picked them up on time. Saved a bunch of time, money, and hassle compared to purchasing cardboard boxes. Made movers way more efficient, compounding the savings. Boxes were clean and in good shape. Will definitely be a repeat customer next time we move.
It seems like this place is out of business. After paying for my order in full, I have attempted to contact this company by phone (disconnected) and by email (returned). However, they still charged me for the order. The delivery date has not come up yet, but very concerned that I have been charged and cannot contact the company.
This service was a lifesaver during our recent move! Unfortunately, there were some complications and I had to change the delivery date- BorrowBoxes was so flexible and delivered a few days later without any charge. The boxes were clean and so much easier to work with than cardboard- you can stack everything securely on top of each other and roll it out! Staff and management were helpful and friendly. Don’t want to move again anytime soon- but I will be using borrowboxes for sure!
Fantastic company! They kept in great communication with me for my order on dropping off bins and picking up. Using them made my move so smooth! I Highly recommend using Atlanta Borrow Boxes!!
Despite a rough start in getting my boxes a day late, this service was really smart, helpful and totally worth it. The management was friendly and accommodating. I would totally recommend to friends or use again.
