They are the worst. Today was my first and last time using them! They give you a time that they will be there then don't show. I got a call 14 minutes later and he said he would be there 2 hours later. Never showed up. Called they company and was told I ordered the wrong truck. How? Shouldn't it be on the app what truck I need for an appliance? Don't hire them!
I woikd not use GOSHARE again due to their business practices.nnGOSHARE will quote you one price, and then after you accept, they will charge your credit card a much higher price than previously quoted.nnI was quoted $170 after honestly identifying all routes and items to be picked up; however, I was charged $100 additional dollars ($270) for no reason. The driver admitted that he took stops but shared that he paused the trips when he ate lunch or took a bathroom break. After highlighting the problem, GOSHARE returned only $20 of the $100 they stole, and i have been asking for the return of the remaining $80.nnI have been told that someone would follow up and this is now my 4th time awaiting a response.nnI would not recommend this company and would advise being very wary and cautious id you decide to do so.
Terrible service. They put a $100.00 hold on my account for the delivery service; on top of the cost for the delivery. The driver was also an hour late. I will never use them again. NEVER!!!

Avoid like the plague. Customer service stunk and they were careless with my belongings. Luckily, Bungii came into town and they are all my wife and I use now. Better customer service, prices, and employees.
