We had a wonderful experience at Cooper piano! Kyle efficiently assisted us in purchasing a piano that fit our specific needs. This is a family owned business that cares about delivering outstanding customer service. Such a pleasure to do business with them. If you are looking for a piano start at Cooper Piano. A wonderful experience from the moment I first reached out to when my piano was delivered. I contacted Cooper Piano a couple of weeks before I was able to make the trip for some information about how they're handling COVID and what I should expect, and Laura was able to answer all my questions promptly. When I did come to the store, everyone I interacted with was kind and helpful in finding what would work best for me without being overly pushy to make a sale. Their selection was great and I found a number of used grands that I liked, but I ultimately ended up buying a new piano. I visited the store on a Sunday, and the piano was sitting in my home on the following Wednesday. The delivery team took great care of both the piano and the area in my home they were working in. Working with Cooper Piano was a pleasure throughout the entire process and I highly recommend giving them a visit if you're looking to buy a piano in any price range.

Andrew at Cooper’s Piano was fabulous during our piano shopping phase. The selection and pricing was great. But most importantly, end to end, everyone we worked with was helpful, friendly and knowledgeable - from sales all the way down to the delivery men. I would highly recommend to anyone.
