Excellent facility. Very well-run. The staff is professional, courteous, efficient, and friendly. The facility provides well-maintained elevators that are, except for a rare occasional glitch, always running and in good condition. I want to mention that the staff does a great job of keeping the facility clean.

Rick Preston, manager of Life Storage #411 exhibits professionalism along with exceptional customer service. It is very apparent he takes a personal interest in maintaining his property and the needs of his customers.nI have been a long term customer (6 years+) always appreciating the high level security with the gated and building codes for entry, a very well lit property, the expansive overhead roof at the entry for ease of moving during inclement weather, available carts, efficient climate controlled environment - all made for the best in storage experience.nAccolades and great thanks to Rick and his staff.

Found this location after searching through at least 5 other companies and, honestly, I cannot be happier that I went with Life Storage. Rick, the manager, is incredibly helpful and worked with me to accommodate exactly what I was looking for in a storage unit. The facility is clean and secure and the prices are competitive. What more could you want?
