I've used this UHaul location twice recently for moving needs and each experience has been quick and easy. I reserved the truck online so the check-in process was really simple, and returning the truck was even easier.
Installed hitch on my car and the team was very helpful having it done in a timely manner so I could get a trailer and move the same day as I had the hitch installed. Michael and team were very helpful.
Address in the text messages I received was wrong location. Both locations I visited had poor customer service: zero eye contact, lack of interest in attending to customers, mumbling and annoyed at being asked to repeat, ignoring customers while rummaging around store doing other things. Truck smelled very strongly of cigarettes, brakes were poor, back left tire low, and the steering wheel had to be turned about 30% to the left to keep the truck straight on the road.
This is the third time renting here and I had a good experience each time. No problems and easy check in/check out. Highly recommend.
