Store associates seems very biased. Went in there with my jacket on.... left out to give my bf my jacket because I got too hot. When I returned to the store(without my jacket) , the associates kept staring, as if I had took something the first time. Meanwhile, the first time I barely was in the store for five minutes and only stayed in the front of the store. It seemed like the store associates were following me. When I proceeded to the sale section to look at the earrings and sale items, a woman shortly approached me and asked if I needed help. She actually startled me.It also didn’t seem as if she asked because she genuinely wanted to know if I needed assistance . Before I left out, the sale associate said have a nice day. I didn’t say anything. This experience was unpleasant and uncomfortable. I will not be retuning to this location in Lenox Square Mall. Your associates needs to have trainings on bias and discrimination.

Dasha was great and welcoming. I had an impulsive moment but great finds in this location. The store is well organized and super cute. If you love cute things you will go insane in here. I went overboard because of all the great buys. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for unique and fabulous finds look no further this is it.

The service is always very good but I’d be lying if I said I liked the remodel. The magic is gone and it’s really heartbreaking. It was truly a magical store pre remodel now it’s basic, and the home section is small and sad.
