Don’t order online! First my order was placed on back order and I received no notification. I found this out on my own when checking order status. Then once the item came back into stock I wasn’t prepared for it. They gave me a three day time frame to pay or my order would be canceled per their email. I order separately in about 5 days and received the item even further from expected delayed date. Then almost a year later they charged my card and sent me the item from the original order that was supposedly canceled. Now I have to waste my time returning something I didn’t order. I reached out to customer service and got no response back.

Marsha has the best customer sevice I have ever experienced in my life. Though PB is expensive, she really walked me through all my consederations and purchaces and I do have to say I am a converted Pottery Barn lover. The quality is OUT OF THIS WORLD, I feel like royalty when laying on the sheets.nnAlso Marsha spent almost 20 min with me on the phone today and walked me through my purchase consideration AGAIN! WOW I will shop here for all my housing needs now.

DO NOT buy anything online from Pottery Barn Kids. I've been waiting on my car seat since August and they won't give my money back because it's showing in warehouse. They have pushed my delivery date 4 times from August to now Sept 14th. I was on hold for 30 mins to talk to Customer Service and they really did not give me any options. I ask to speak to Supervisor but she stated no one was available. I ask the rep what I should do since I need my infant car seat and she said she would go to Target and buy a cheap on. Seriously?? She also stated they have a back log of shipments due to Covid. I told her I understand that but then Pottery Barn needs to set that expectations to its customers. My car seat was stating it was in stock and usually ships with 2-5 business days. I've been waiting for the car seat since August 10th. The customer service is a joke and I'm really upset with Pottery Barn. Also, side note...if you purchase something from online-you can return it to the store but you have to wait 1-2 weeks to receive the gift card. Apparently, in-store and online are separate companies. It's CRAZY!! How can a huge company like this operate on such an old system?? Just think twice before doing your baby registry or buying anything from them. I will NOT be buying anything else from them and its a shame because I love their products.

An item from my order was never received. The PB system said it was delivered even though the tracking number showed it was never turned over to the USPS. The first CS rep I spoke to was argumentative regarding the order claiming due to unprecedented times tracking was not available. The second rep asked me to wait longer to see if PB would get it turned over to the USPS. She said I would need to call back and start over with The replacement process if I choose to wait longer. I let her know that after two calls taking 30 plus min I was not going to call back. I just received my replacement order showing that my order will not be shipped till the end of January. I realize that things are crazy right now but kind treatment of customers goes along way. It’s unfortunate that this is the new norm.
