Their service is very slow. I called all month of January and they didn't wanna answer for nothing. I was finally able to make an appointment this week. But they didn't tell me I needed extra paperwork so I had to make another trip back home to grab that paperwork. Thy need to communicate better and learn to answer phone calls and learn to book appointments. Honestly if you come here just get ready for the unexpected and maybe don't plan nothing that day because you may be here all day.

To start off it was hard to make an appointment by phone and online. When I would call the voice recorder would repeat the same thing over and over. On the website, appointments were not shown available at all. I was able to make an appointment online after two days. Next thing is we came to the embassy and there was no one keeping their distance and no one enforcing any sanitary rules for COVID. It took sooo long like 2 hours to get anywhere and than another hour to finish up and go home. Very bad service.

It was good this time to get an OP7 here in Georgia, but I don't know why they can not use the technology to get electronic information instead of printing it.nOnly to show this information to the main office lady and get her signature! They should move forward and start using more the technology. Also the electronic signature!nnud83dude44
