Need better customer service. No one came to assist me after a waited almost 30 min outside.
It sucks how they cant accept after 7:30pm to activate a phone. Just because there been lazy. Sheeesh.. its suppose to be a phone company. Will get better review if you'll fix this. If it was from 7:50pm i would totally understand. But 7:30pm? Like come on. Can you guys be any lazier.
Went into Metro for some information on switching over and the salesman Raul was very patient with my questions and gave me helpful information. Kalvin also suggested phones that would work better for my lifestyle, helped A lot and will definitely recommend to family members
I went in for some help on my phone and they were very kind to me. Helped me through whatever problem i had. They know how to treat a customer. Everytime i go there, i leave satisfied. Raul is always helpful and kind.
Mr. Kelvin was a awesome manger and he was very attentive to my needs all the way to the end of getting my phone together. I think he deserve a raise best manger I had dealt with in all metro stores.
