I have a prepaid service and I wanted to go into purchase a new phone. Now I understand that I must pay full price for the phone. I had not one but two associates tell me the this same thing in a span of 5 minutes as I'm trying to look at the phones. The second one actually told me I should go look online or at Best Buy to find a better price. Wow. Very patronizing experience.
Agent least interested in servicing. Messed up my account. I asked him to add a new line to my account. But he deactivated the existing line and assigned the same number to the new phone. I had visit Verizon store to fix it.

Very friendly & helpful staff
Worst service ever. Made me wait almost 2 hours for them to tell me: you have to call to 1800 number, and the new my issue since I got to the store. The worst.
