My 1st time ordering online and for pickup did not happen conveniently as the website claimed. The order was not ready as emailed a day ago, took searching by 2 store reps, research online and waiting for a store rep to actually go and find the product in the store. Ordering online for pickup took more time than me shopping in store.
When I was there, the shop was cluttered with merchandise. But to be fair, staff were in the process of restocking from the holidays.nnStaff were extremely helpful and went out of their way to ensure I had a pleasant and useful shopping experience.
My friend and I visited this location and were actually quite shocked at how run down and unorganized this location was. We were expecting the overstocked, even a little overwhelming type of Bed, Bath & Beyond. Instead, the bedding section was really understocked with merchandise everywhere. It was a total mess. I understand that Covid has made it hard to keep inventory. However, this was just a mess. Like they stopped caring about keeping it organized or even tidy looking. So strange and would not recommend.

Busy in weekends especially during lunch hours but plenty parking top and lower deck, you find what your looking for home furnishings appliances, bath and bedding linen. Staff are friendly and helpful. Dont forget your 20% email -online /in store coupon.
