This store is my favourite for most of the people workingnThere is a young man with long dread at return and the morning young woman always making returns easy. But my favourite person is Constance. As I always shop alone, one day I asked her her advice on a piece. And since that day if I hesitate I look for her. She has such an energy, a smile a welcoming attitude. You can tell she comes to work not an easy one but she does it with dedication and appreciation. So today I came back home and I finally did what I should have done long agonThank you all for the past month we all went throughnI hope one day the company will upgrade the store with some renovation , better lighting and merchandising. I dearly love the spirit of this team !

The team is always very, very welcoming, efficient and I enjoy the return team honest, efficient, smiling, happy. Thank you as well to the cart team. I have always enjoyed Nordstrom rack, all over the country. There is some improvement for the set up and look of this one , some Florida stores are nicer, more appealing but it is I guess a company strategy . I enjoy to come to that plaza for all the brand's being toghether ! Very convenient thank you

I had a very negative shopping experience with this location. I ordered 12 items as a gift. Shipping was extremely delayed. I received notification that some items were in and went and picked them up (which was disorganized and a slow process in and of itself). A few days later I got several emails saying some of my items were being returned. I received no update that they had arrived and when I asked, they said they had come in BEFORE I came to the store. When I inquired about why I was not given my items when I came in, they had no explanation. They told me I’d receive a refund and I explained that for the purposes of giving a gift, a refund did me no good. The woman explained that my items were likely on the floor and I asked if she could search for them to see if I could still get them. She refused and told me even if they were there, she would not hold them for me, which made zero sense. Unfortunately, no one made any effort to help me in any way and I was disappointed by the lack of notification in the first instance and the lack of helpfulness in the second. Not the service I’ve come to expect from Nordstrom and I will never do ship to store to this location again. Avoid. Shop online...or better yet, elsewhere.
