Dirty very dirty store and dirty items! While I was shopping and trying shoes i saw written notes inside shoes smh but also employees aren't helpful nor courteous. I overheard cashiers complaining about customers.. nice brands, great prices but the atmosphere ain't good at all which create disloyalty/ lack of loyalty. Kindly listen,care and connect with your customers! A smile or your willingness to assist make a big difference

Good men's shoe selection but the rest of the men's clothes are still expensive and every time I have been, it has felt very picked over. They also always have better selection online so if you find something in the store but it's in the wrong size, they often have the right size online.
I was there recently and the tall gay guy was very annoyed when I asked for help. Customer service is very poor at this location.
came In the store on 12/23/2020 was purchasing a necklace and bracelet the first lady wasn't informative and wasn't knowledgeable of the products. I asked for the manager. Andrew Paciolla came to assist he was no better he didn't know the weight of the necklace or bracelet, the mm, the lengths, or the karats. there were two bracelets one of which was damaged i specifically stated I didn't want damage jewelry. didn't understand why SAKS had damaged jewelry anyway buy any who I checkout go home I only purchased the bracelet. I get home the next day and realize I have a the damaged bracelet, I called to the store and asked for Andrew he instantly blames me for not checking my box before I left and never once apologized for the inconvenience he was so dismissive and unpleasant. When I returned to the store to switch out the bracelet the other bracelet wasn't there ruined my Christmas this was a gift
