I haven't experienced bad customer service as bad as I did at this location. Called ahead talked to a guy called Will who didn't let me finish my sentences but just kept cutting me off. I was hungry and I got a flyer in my mail box so I thought to give it a try...when I got there some lady walked out frowning as if she was going to a fight or something because of the way she was walking and the expression she had on her face I thought to myself maybe she was an unhappy customer, I was surprised that she actually walking towards me because she actually works there. I started tonask her what the extra charge online was for cause I initially thought it was a tip but she just shrugged her shoulder and said maybe it's extra for us brining it out to you haaa?? I deliberately selected to add an extra 50% of my order thinking it was a tip and she didn't know or wasn't sure what it was for??Wow NEVER AGAIN!!!
Always gud and I luv the cheesy hash browns they are so cute and small but full of flavor.
My favorite Einsteins staff nice friendly and funny. Quick with the order they are sure to get you in and out
My first and last time going here. Employees had a bad attitude. The bagels were so small for the price $5.99 i paid $23 for 2 flavor less bagels 1 small mocha and a orange juice cup. Worse bagels i have ever had in my whole life.. This place needs good and caring Employees,if you don't like to work don't work at all!!!!
I’ve been going to Einstein’s for years. So disappointing that the bagels have gotten smaller and don’t taste so good anymore. The guy at checkout was nice but at 11:00 am they were out of almost all flavors.
