It's great to have Sweet Hut at Lenox, but the quality is not even close to the other locations.

The Sweet Hut Bakery at Lenox was a very big disappointment! Their Royal Milk Tea with boba is great! But their Taro is so bad that i couldn’t even drink it and when i asked why it tasted different than regular Taro they were very rude and said that if i didn’t like to just throw it in the trash and leave which is what ended up happening because it tasted so bad!

Had a coffee fixing, and Starbucks was too busy. They offered quick and quality service. I got Vietnamese Iced Coffee ☕ufe0f and Green Tea Latte ud83cudf75nnAmbiance was lacking compared to other locations, and it wouldn't be clear to people not familiar with Sweet Hut that they offered drinks, but glad they're at Lenox

Updated on 11/04/18: I know that the management of Sweet Hut is putting a lot of efforts on keeping the same quality among all locations. They reached out to me after seeing my previous review and offered me a gift card. I appreciate their willingness to make things better. I used the gift card to buy another caramel pudding and this time it was a lot better than the ones I originally had. I recommend their Thai Milk Tea and Fruit Tart, they're worth trying.nnOriginal Review: I bought 2 caramel puddings here and the caramel taste burnt. I’ve never had a bitter caramel pudding before and it tasted awful. I was originally buying these for my guests, now I’m so glad they didn’t have them. I’m a frequent customer of other locations but this one doesn’t have the same quality. They messed up my friends drink too. I did had a Thai milk tea here and it tasted good. But if the quality is not consistent do I have to pray to not have a bad one each time?

Pretty high for a donut. Nice staff and Desserts looks nice.
