This spa failed in every customer service expectation. Although I confirmed my appointment via email, text and tried to call three times (no one answered the phone), my appointment was cancelled via text hours before my arrival saying they were unable to actually speak to me. If Total U Skin & Body Wellness actually answered the business phone they could have spoken will me. Don't waste your time or money at this establishment.
Loved my experience...loved the product as it was light and not sticky and gunky. She was very professional and the most accommodating out of all the places I've gone in the past. Even down to the smallest things that most salons dont offer. Like helping you to dry before leaving and assisting you put on your garments so that you dont mess up your tan. The only negative is that after my second application it still wasnt as much tint as I like. I may need 3 next time. But her products are organic so it's worth the extra few dollars.
I truly enjoy my facial sessions, so much that I fall asleep each time. Its so relaxing,. After 2 sessions I can see a difference in how the make up looks on my face. I now use the products they offer so that I can have the optimum results! Keisha's hands are MAGIC!
The best Ladies Ever to work on me. It was spiritual for me today. I highly recommend this place. They have a lot to offer. Don't miss out.
