The entire climate controlled building has been set at 92 degrees for months now and the only response from the staff was that the ac needs a new part and it was arriving last week. Its more breezy outside than in their building.... If you pay for climate controlled- that's what you should get! If not, at least a notice that the air is in fact not working and what they are doing to fix the issue. They dont even have the air flow on to move air around. It's turned off...
StorMaster Self Stroage is Great! This is the 2nd time I've used them when needing to store my apartment while I move into my New Apartment. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. I've even referred my sister to use them as well because I personally think they have the best prices and their units are climate controlled and indoors. That's the main reason why I use them. One thing they could improve on is making sure reservations are double checked. When I went to pay for my unit to move in, I had to reserve it all over again because some how my reservation was given to my sister. We have similar names however that is the reason why whoever checks these things need to pay closer attention to detail. Other than that this is a great storage place to use.

Let's face it, moving sucks! With that being said, Josh made the process easy. He explained how the entire process would work and what the best options would be given my situation. I know there are a lot of storage companies out there, but very few will offer your personalized customer service. If you are looking for a place that you can trust, you found it!
