It was easy to rent the space I needed via their website. Price is very good, at least to start. Premises are very clean and climate controlled area has a comfortable temperature and humidity. Facility access gate and door worked fine, as did the elevator. Couldn't be happier so far!
Latasha was wonderful! Patiently walked us through the whole process! She was very helpful with an AWESOME sense of humor!nnSecond post...so after a grueling renovation, packing, prepping for putting a house on the market and finding a temporary place to live, we were exhausted! George and Latasha helped us with all our storage needs for 20 years worth of living! They couldn't have made the process any easier. We needed that! Thank you!
Tasha an Heather were AMAZING!!!! These ladies were phenomenal! Caring, helpful, and went above and beyond to assist me with my situation! Very seldom that people will commit to customer service like these ladies but so refreshing to see the ladies commit to a caliber of service with customers... Kudos to Tasha and Heather!!!
10 out of 10. This is a great location for storage and service. Stephyn was very accommodating and went out of his way to help me with my needs and requests concerning my new unit and transfer. He was also very helpful while I was unloading my items. I highly recommend this facility all around.
So Stephyn was amazing. I came in looking for a unit for short but that was large enough and cost effective. More importantly something to ensure my items will be well maintained. He didn't hesitate he immediately gave me web rate walked me through process showed me the unit but maintained that customer service level expectation that i like to receive from businesses. The facility is well keep even with minor work being done on outside due to concentrate repair you can tell they keep the property up. I'll recommend them to all.
