Just opened an account here for my company with Nikki at store #972 and everything went smoothly from start to finish! Nikki and Alex have been more than accommodating and I’m very pleased with the cleanliness and security of the facility. World class service!
Nicole was absolutely stellar with her customer service. She was very knowledgeable and helped us get moved into a climate controlled unit super fast. The climate controlled units are well monitored and extremely clean!
I used this storage facility for over a year and a half. Very nice people, always helpful, the facilities are impeccably maintained. Although a little more expensive than other places, great location.
Their customer service is great. The young lady was so helpful. Affordable. I recommend everyone who's looking for storage in the Marietta area to go see the young lady, I think her name is layla.
I want to thank Life Storage and specifically Nicole Spears for giving me all the options available at their location. With all the information Nicole gave me I can rest assured that Life Storage will be able to suite my needs when I relocate to the Marietta GA area.
