I’m giving the location on S Cobb Dr 5 stars I would give more if I could. The manager Jamal had excellent customer service and took the time to explain everything to me the storage that he gave me was super clean and very convenient. Possibly the worst experience I have had with any company. It could have gotten us killed. Forced us to sleep in our car for the night and caused hours of stress and aggravation.nnAfter having our reservation changed multiple times we were forced to get a trailer from this location. Unfortunately we see the major problem with this trailer, it looks like a previous renter had jackknifed and severely damaged the tongue and surge brake. Both bolts that connect the tongue to the trailer were sheared off. We didn't see the damage until we had already secured our car to the trailer. Fortunately, we found it when rechecking all of the connections.nnWe called customer service and were hung up on twice before talking to roadside assistance. It took over an hour just to locate another trailer that was within a reasonable distance from where we were located. We had to unload our car and put the trailer out of the way while we waited for a tow truck to remove it from our apartment complex. We then had to drive almost 40 minutes to another location to get a second trailer.nnOur original plan was to get on the road around 4. We didn't leave till almost 8. Because of the delay we had to cancel plans that we had with family that we rarely get to see. We also missed the check-in for the room that we had booked months in advanced and were forced to sleep in our car for the night.nnAfter putting in a complaint on u-hauls site we were contacted by an area director who seems to feel refunding a day of use is a fair solution. I don't see how $54 (he won't even refund the insurance) is equal to what we went through between the stress that we endured, multiple delays, or having to cancel plans to meet with family we rarely see.

They are good and reasonable but if they can figure out how to kill the rats they would be a 1 for a outside strorage
