DO NOT BUY YOUR BOXES FROM HERE! Terrible customer service experience. I was basically robbed. I bought the wrong sized boxes yesterday and tried to return 4 of the 5 UNTOUCHED OVERPRICED BOXES today and was told “we don’t do exchanges or returns - all sales are final”. What’s worse is I even called prior to coming to confirm they were open and to state that I needed to exchange them for smaller ones and wasn’t told this trash service rule over the phone. $14 for 5 boxes was a total ripoff! Come to find out U-Haul, literally 2 mins away on COBB PKWY S, sells the size boxes I needed in bulk of 25 for $20! I’m glad she didn’t exchange my boxes, otherwise I wouldn’t have lucked up on U-HAUL! SecurCare Self Storage, you are absolutely right, that sale was FINAL!

I have rented at more expensive units but the price is fair here and the staff is friendly grounds are maintained well. (Hence the higher rating)

Went to rent a unit. A gate is not locked and i was told the two homeless men running back and forth through the gate lived on the property. They are working on getting them evicted. I felt it the property was totally unsafe and not secure.

Awesome storage... staff was always very helpful and very friendly. I would recommend SecurCare Self Storage to anyone looking for space!!!
