Check your bank account!!!!! As a matter of fact use a credit card and not your debit card, Morgan is not very smart, she has created a headache for me and hours and hours on the phone trying to fix her mistake, I didn't even get an apology!!!!! Go to a different location

My mother just picked up a Uhaul at this raggedy location. They handed her keys with out checking it and said she was responsible for checking the vehichle. Mind you she is a senior and a grandmother. I was not with her when she picked up the vehicle. I received a call from her right after started driving down the street the check engine light came on and the uhaul was driving was questionable. I called customer service 5 times for her who never transformed me to the store they kept transferring me to other numbers one Representative said I can leave a message for the store to call you back. This all while my mother is in a un-driveable vehicle. We then called called roadside they said they will send someone in 90 mins to fix the issue. This is UNPROFESSIONAL you think a privately owned uhaul business location during a pandemic would have it together but they don't. I WILL NEVER GET A VEHICLE FROM THIS LOCATION EVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!

The staff were friendly and courteous. They offered many options to fit my needs and were great transparent communicators. The representative that helped me out with my rental was Corey. He displayed great work ethic and practiced excellent customer service. I generally do not find myself in Marietta, but if you do, this is a great location to visit.

The management did a detail breakdown of the cost and she's going behind the original price (according to Tori Cash) and describe to us how prices nowhere near the actual price but the service was great check-in was easy didn't take much time
