Great service. I had a boat trailer lights problem that was coming from the car and I couldn't find it. U-HAUL had installed the wiring in the car three years ago. They found a hidden fuse for the wiring harness in the trunk of the car. No charge!
I got hitch installed on my car. The technician Patric did a great job. He is professional, courteous and knows what he is doing!! He later fixed the hitch on my husband’s SUV that almost broke off on the interstate. It’s now secure and we feel comfortable driving with our mountain bikes!!

Zero Stars! Called for reservation and store canceled reservation because I was not at store within hour of reservation. Had to get a larger truck from a different store. If this is corporate policy, fine, but if it is a phone reservation then that needs to be stated, and if reservation is cancelled then a text or call to the customer needs to be made. At the second store I overheard the counter sales canceling a reservation for the same hour deal. They seemed to take joy that they are screwing people over on the rental reservation. This is not how car rentals should work. Bad deal here!
Hooked me up well, when I was a walk in without a reservation.
