Just bought a beautiful couch set, end tables, coffee table, rug, and mattress from this location. The customer service was amazing at the help of everyone. Jay was a wonderful representative of this location. I had called two other locations that were very rude while I was looking for a specific couch set. However, Jay was very nice and helpful. He was willing to help me anyway he could. I am so satisfied with my purchase. Thank You!

Right when we walked in we were greeted by practically the whole staff. They were busy but still gave us all the time we needed to pick out the best bedroom set ever. It was delivered the same day and the delivery team was just as awesome as everyone in the store. I would definitely recommend this store and location to everyone looking for great furniture and an equally great customer service experience.

I love it here. This is the only place I go to to get my furniture. It does matter what it is or what you like they have it all. The customer service here is always A+. Prices are reasonable and you will not find better furniture for a better price. I came in twice in two weeks and Ariane helped me each time and found exactly what I was looking for. She was a pleasure to work with and I would recommend to anyone who ask. Thank you American Freight for always helping me furnish my house!

Ashley was amazing! She was very friendly and helpful. Really everyone in the store was super friendly and kept me laughing. GREAT customer service is so hard to find so when I come into a store where people are clearly willing to assist it means the world to me as a consumer so thanks to Ashley and the entire staff for assisting me so wonderfully!

I had the pleasure of been being helped by Jay at the Cobb location. As soon as I walked in, I was welcomed with a friendly greeting. He did not hover too much, but he made sure to be near just in case we had questions. Purchasing the furniture was quick and easy and he ensured I knew all my options regarding payment options.
