We had a reclining chair that collapsed due to a broken rivet. Mag's picked it up, repaired it and returned it a week late charging 100 bucks including the delivery & pickup, lower than I expected. Very professional and polite.

We have a five year old, rather expensive sectional from Ethan Allen. The sofa and fabric were fine, but the cushions we getting too soft. We naturally went to EA to get a price on replacing them with a firmer option. Their cost was $2,400 and we'd put them in. I found MAGS and Alex online with a Google search. His shop is ten minutes from us. He charged $960 and we couldn't be happier. Actually we LOVE how firm the sofa is. It's better than new and if we get another five or so years out of it, this is worth it.
