Love big lots..... they have everything for a good price. I can't come in here and not spend $100 when I see all the deals they have. I was even able to find some nice stuff for the house. I love that this store sells furniture as well.
So, I walked into big lots on Sunday afternoon the 15th of March 2021. Went to the Funiture side and there were two sales people, a lady and a young guy. They were finishing with another customer and I was expecting after they were done, someone would come help me out. I was going to buy a mattress and a living room. To my surprise, they finished with the other customer and didn’t even bother to approach me or even ask from a distance if I had found what brought me to the store. I could see the manager also coming and going to the back with no bother of whether I was being catered for. Am disappointed in the service I got from them. Used to be a good store to go buy stuff, but I’ll probably try another big lots.
Always good prices. The store is not neat and perfect, but the employee are helpful.
Great service and selection. This store is very clean and well stocked and impeccably organized. The grocery aisles are packed with hidden treasures at a price you can't argue with! I will definitely be making a return trip very soon!
