It was a pleasure working with Jason and his entire team. So grateful to be able to control all the lights and shades in my home right from my cell phone. I highly recommend Performance Audio & Video Atlanta! The installation crew were professional, punctual and spent extra time teaching me how to use my automation system. Looking forward to my next technology project with them!
I highly recommend Jason and PAV! They won't be the cheapest but they know their stuff and are very easy to work with. We have a large complex system, so occasionally I need help and I have to say that they are easily the most responsive service company I have worked with.
Performance Audio & Video did an awesome job in getting all my TVs working properly with one remote. They showed up on time and worked diligently until everything was working to my satisfaction.nnI highly recommend them
This shouldn’t even be considered a company. They have a single employee named Mike (he’s great); however, customer service is nonexistent and I have never heard so many excuses as to why things can’t get done in a timely and efficient manner. They’re clearly in over their heads, let’s just say that for the amount of money they charge you could hire a much better company with sufficient staff and actually get a warranty on the services provided. My experience overall was total waste of money.
one out of 3 service requests even returned. Installations Have been shown not to last and not even a phone call returned after several attempts every time I’ve tried. This latest attempt no response other than we will respond.nnBut I only spent 18k with them so clearly they should focus on commercial if they even can handle that.nnI would not recommend for residential. Too many companies that will call you back within a day
