I used Eye Site Optical for the first time today and I had the best experience! I have a terrible long vision history. The doctor and her staff took time to listen to all I’ve been through to come up with the best plan for me. Great people. They have fixed my glasses at no charge at least 3 imes in the last 5 years. I didn't even buy them there. They won't let me pay them.
Not bad, however, they didn’t get the frames right so had to order them twice. Give attitude for no reason.
I am so grateful that I found Eye-Site Optical! They corrected my prescription that I received from a different eye doctor, and now I can see more clearly than I ever have before! The staff is nice, and the eye visit was very efficient! I was in and out in no time, and I felt that all of my concerns were addressed! Thank you so much! :)
I am a foster care case manager and, when one of my girls on my caseload broke her glasses, I brought her into Eye Site Optical to look around for a new pair. Eye Site Optical was well-organized, efficient, and worlds more caring and kind than the other optical providers we tried in the area. They explained which pairs and lenses would be covered by her insurance, and also explained the very reasonable additional prices for upgraded frame options.
