Amazing experience today... i was attended right away and treated with kindness... this is by far my favorite metro pcs store... the rest have never given me the experience this store has.. the store is so clean and with the nicest staff ever... highly recommend going here instead of the ones surrounding it...

The reason why I gave metro by T-Mobile One Star is because they keep on hanging up on me when I call them and my question was how do you stop your phone from flickeringnBut nope just hung up on me Wow This Place is horrible im switching to cricket.

Very rude people working there. I dropped metro pcs because they treated me Like some dog. Lady working there called me names. Lucky in did not report them to police for selling fake phones. I had a cloned fake. I had it turned off. Then they stole my phone number. I did call the fcc. Do not buy any phone from this metro location. Do not buy any metro pcs phones. Metro pcs does not protect you from fraudulent stores.
