Richard has excellent customer service skills. He helped me choose a mattress over the phone, as I wasn't able to come check them out in person. He helped me find something that fits my needs that fit within my price range. There were no questions left unanswered about when I would receive the mattress, exactly how much I'd be paying, what were the warranty terms etc. Thanks Richard!

Sold me a dining room table that was infested with powder post beetles. It was a nightmare to deal with in the house and I paid a fair chunk for the table that just got thrown away. Don't trust the furniture!!
