Wanted to grab a donut for dessert after dinner. Ordered 2 donuts and got to the window to pay and the employee gave us them for free. Very nice to receive some kindness with all of the craziness going on in the world.

Tried to go through the drive through today to get my daughter a coolatta after school. We arrived at 3:35 with only two cars ahead of us. My the time I got to the box to take my order it was 3:51. SIXTEEN minutes. In that time two cars had pulled up behind us and driven off. And guess what happened when the employee finally goes to take our order? The coolatta machine is apparently broken. Which there were no signs or postings for or anything. So y’all had us literally wait 16 minutes (apparently that’s how long it took to take care of the two people in front of us ud83dude44) for absolutely nothing. I have never in my life been to a Dunkin’ this awful (and that’s coming from someone who gets a coffee 7 days a week). If I could give -5 stars, I would.

Extremely rude staff! Tried to go through the drive thru this morning and the young lady taking my order was extremely rude. I stopped coming here after the whole cop incident and decided to give them another try after hearing things were better. I will not be coming back to this establishment ever again. The franchisee owner needs to get involved. If this was my location the whole staff would be replaced with folks that actually cared they were making a pay check during this time!!

The dirty looking girl making the food this morning as she eats & drink was rude no customer service at all! She was mad when I walked up for no reason or she's prejudice

Hot coffee was excellent and perfect! Warm reception at the drive up window on really cold day! First time visiting this location. Looking forward to my next visit!
