Bad bad bad, I parked outside wondering if they were open for dine in, and while I walked to the inside I saw a car stopping by the drive through, so when I got inside I asked the only attendant (the other one was sat down outside) if they were open for dine in then she said yes, so I called my wife to join me inside and wait while she was done with the drive through customer, so I waited 2 minutes, then 4 then 5 then I don't know how long and I was like wondering why she didn't finish with the drive through customer so I went by to see what was going on and then I saw that she was taking all the drive through that came and she left me waiting for at least 10 min so I decided to leave. I understand she was alone and busy and that's why I waited but after I notice she took every order that came after me I knew she would let me wait longer, thankfully I don't live by that area so I won't come back that location

Now if I could leave 0 stars I would. For the most part I give fast food restaurants a break (I’ve worked several) but bad customer service will never be okay.nn1- We asked for cream and sugar in the coffees which clearly wasn’t there. Even verbalized the amount.n2- We sat at the window for 4 minutes, watched literally 3 people walk in and then back out and yet we were still sitting there... Honked a few times and did the reverse and pull up to see if that would register anything.n3- Had to also ask a second time for napkins for the bagels.n4- Get the coffee back and it still tastes like theres no sugar just milk added. At this point I would even take sugar packets.n5- the bagel was somehow cold. I’m not even sure how that’s possible under a heat lamp unless it came straight out the fridge.nnThis can’t even be blamed on high traffic as it’s a holiday. So disappointing and sad that I have to post double the amount at Starbucks to get some basic items correct.
