They no longer have my daughters favorite sandwich....Ham and Swiss and the young man helping us said that the only thing that they have that is close to it is some type of turkey sandwich. They don't have ham there anymore. They also didn't have chicken salad for a sandwich all that they had was tuna salad. So my daughter and I left and went to a different restaurant. We always loved eating at Panera in the past however from how it looks on the menu they are moving towards being a vegetarian or vegan restaurant.

The tomato Soup was hot and pleasing. The Grill cheese was on point. And the Customer Service was Superb. Will be returning back soon.

Panera Bread is usually one of my favorite places to go! I do not get the opportunity to go much anymore so this was going to be a treat. Well they got my order wrong not once but twice and I waited quite a while for my order to come out. They handed me one Bagel in a bag when I had ordered two. They did not put the whip cream or caramel sauce in my latte after asking me if I wanted some. I checked my receipt and they only charged me for one, but I did order two. meh

Horrible service, I work in a busy dental office. I ordered my lunch at 9:40 am . Estimated delivery time was 10:30-10:35. It did not come until 11:22. Items were missing and salad had barely any lettuce. My sandwich did not come either. Tried to call the restaurant several times for of 30 mins. With no answer. I had to call back and go through the catering line and ask for them to reach out to people in cafe. After 20 mins I got a call back from the cafe saying there was nothing they can do. Even though they offer delivery, they have no drivers because they use a 3rd party to deliver. I was very upset. She said she would give me a credit back. We will see.

We have been ordering from this location since they open, unfortunately the quality of the food has been getting worse. The last 3 delivery orders, we received brown lettuce in our salads, bad tomatoes, it really looks like the salads just sit there all day. When we called to let them know they said everything is fresh and they will send new salads. We received the same brown lettuce again. Not planningbon ordering from this location again.
