Been going there since first opened and service was great, people are friendly and i though i had finally found a DD that worked just like advertised. lately they have started to slack off. I find that I'm not always getting exactly what i ordered. This happens a lot with DD's in the area because they are so busy sometimes one falls through the cracks. The early morning crew at this place do a great job but after 9-10 am not so much. Even worse in the afternoon. Make sure you hold them accountable for your order otherwise a good place can turn bad quickly.
I love Dunkin’ Donuts, and I really want to love this location, but I can’t. Too slow, get orders wrong regularly. I’ll keep coming for the convenience, but they should be better.
This ddonuts has absolutely the worst customer service. You have to wait in line for 10-plus minutes and the kids that work there are always in there playing around. I wish there was another Dunkin Donuts in the area that could provide good service. What a shame!
Love this place ... everyone is on point and understands that most customers are in a hurry to work and all we want is a cup of coffee
