I had questions about a delivery that I had scheduled and needed to see if I could get a different date because I had to go out of town on short noticed. A lady with customer service helped me with all questions and concerns and I really appreciate the patience she had with me. Thanks.
I called in with questions concerning my delivery and the customer service was very helpful and even assisted with setting up a new delivery time.
Customer service was not helpful at all. They left me a message to schedule my delivery but did not say the name of the company and the number they called me from went to a full voicemail, so I had no way of getting in touch to schedule my delivery, or even know where my delivery was coming from. When I finally was able to get it scheduled, the delivery was 2 hours later than my 4 hour delivery window, but the driver apologized and said the traffic was horrible due to weather and holiday week, which I completely believe. The only positive was the kind delivery men and how quickly they were able to get the couch into my house.
Horrible company! Horrible customer service. You will not get your delivery when promised and they don't notify you nor update you on their ETAs at all. We waited on a delivery from them for 2 days! I took off work as well as my husband, each believing the time of arrival, when they never showed.
Called to give us a four-hour delivery window, then they did not show to deliver our couch--no call to reschedule or inform us they couldn't make it, nothing. Now we can't get in touch with them because their phone number goes straight to voicemail. Very disappointed and hoping we're still going to get our couch, though we have no idea when.
