I just have to say, this place had the best customer service I have experienced in a store. SIlva was especially awesome. He had so much patience with us, the 55+ gang. LOL HE was really great. I appreciate everything he did. BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
Mr. Silva helped my granddaughter and I pick out our much needed mobile phones; THE NEW SAMSUNG! Mr Silva demonstrated the epitome of an award winning sales person. From our initial conversation expressing what we were looking for to the selection of our phones, picking our phone cases, and setting up our new phones, Mr Silva gave us his undivided and patient attention. TMobile has an employee that wears the company logo well.
Garon was a good help and I’m very happy with his work. I will recommend him. Good service and very helpful.
Kea was absolutely amazing. I'm a bit older and not the greatest when it comes to new technology however she made my new purchase well worth it with the visit to the store in Riverdale. Definitely a bright star for T-Mobile.
