HORRIBE customer service ! I wish I could put 0 stars 😤 I went in looking for a pair of shoes and the ladies only were at the counter not helping Any of the customers nor said “ welcome “ or anything ! When I tried asking for a size I got an attitude from one of the workers (Blanca) Later I went to ask for another size and Blanca still gave me attitude and didn’t speak to me and so another lady went to help me and she also was rude and was giving me attitude ( yanet) I had to look myself for the size keep in mind you had to use a lader to get the size I needed ! When I went to ask for both of their names the lady didn’t speak to me and threw the paper in which she wrote the names ! DO NOT recommend coming here when these workers are in !

Great for kids shopping, decent selection and they always have deals like b.o.g.o. or buy one get one half off.

I couldn’t enjoy myself while trying Sandals on because I had an over grown ape of a security on my back watching as I tried every pair on. Planned on getting a pair for me and one for my BF but I don’t need to spend my money where they treat me like a criminal just because they don’t have nothing better to do.They will higher just any one for security guards now a days! I’ll take my money else where.

It is impossible to buy online. The website is all the time down and very slow. I can't even finish a order without refreshing the page more than 5 times. People on the store don't even answer the phone
