Stages Pediatric Care

Dr. Dee is very kind and personable. We were so blessed to have had her happen to be the attending Pediatrician when we had our son, we knew she was amazing right off the bat, so we switched pediatricians. All of the providers in her practice are very patient and caring. They do not rush you, and always hear and address your concerns. I have 4 children, my oldest is 15, so I have enough experience with Pediatricians to recognize a good one when I have found one.

I just had appointment last week and I told the doctor doctor 3 times I need a refill on my daughter's inhaler they never called it in I just called and there's no automated system setup right now like they just turned it off. At my appointment Doctor Dee was so passively aggressive it was insane. She literally told kept telling my middle-aged son to leave the chair alone which I understand but still you do not have the right to tell my children what to do. she then proceeded to go into her pocket pull out a toy look at my son and look into his eyes and say this is not for you then puts toy back in her pocket then looks at me and smiles and tells me how much my son looks like. Then said you will get a toy at the end. Then at the end of my appointment tells my son he's not getting a toy until his bday. She then gave my other son a toy car, she did give my other son something after her seeing the look on my face. I've been going to the pediatrician for years but when I go I tell the receptionist I do not want to see doctor d whatsoever, I ask to see Dr Alfred, well after last week they obviously didn't listen to what I asked them. Also I took my daughter my oldest there about six months ago and she was having a mental breakdown, her mental health doctor wasn't in so I took her to pediatrician, (Dr Dee) she looks my daughter in the face and says your father's been dead for long enough you need to get over it, my daughter was 16 at the time. The front desk will let the phone rang until it hits voicemail, you just have to constantly call over and over again to even get ahold of anybody. Do not go here

I HATE to give BAD reviews. But I ABSOLUTELY HATEEE this office. The wait time is always forever . You NEVER get seen at your apt time. They make u sit outside in the heat with your children( due to covid) but don't tell u on the phone and I explained I didn't have AC and she didn't care she still made me take my 12 month old outsideeeee I'm the heat and I just don't think they Are so friendly Especially being a children's doctor's office. This is her last visit and her doctor is changing once again. But I will NEVER EVER recommend these people. I think they could give two craps about anyone. The office is super small and they try and cram so many people in it's unreal. This is hands down the WORSE doctor's office I have been to yet.

I moved to GA so I needed my children's records sent over, they take their sweet time first of all but the worse part is they sent over the wrong patient information (3 wrong patients) my kids pediatrician has been trying to get in contact them but they haven't responded to them. Now I asked for these records on December. I have called and no answer. I'm sick of this BS.

I love this office. why? simple! Dr. Sandre Dee attends to my oldest son since he is 6 months old and now he is 5 years old. He explains every detail to me. If you are looking for a doctor who lies to you and tells you what is not, then go to another office because she will tell you things as they are. I have another 2-year-old child and she attends him since newborn. The girls at the front desk are good and try to do their best to help us. The office is clean. Dr dee is very clean doctor.nAPPLAUSE FOR THIS OFFICE! I recommend them 100%.!
