I was just there. TWO people on the floor and one other customer besides me. They left me waiting WITHOUT ADDRESSING ME for FORTY minutes. Forty. On my way out, I told them this: there are 2 of you here and neither one of you addressed me. Business must be excellent for them to not even say hello to a customer that was ready and aggressively looking for furniture.

Purchased our 2nd couch here and the love seat us giving us some issues 3 weeks after having it delivered. They are sending out a repair man this afternoon so I will update about our experience after that.
