Great experience! Everybody was very helpful and friendly. Aaron helped us pick out our new furniture and he was knowledgeable and professional without being pushy. Easy credit terms. The delivery was quick and the drivers set everything up just as requested.
Very well maintained, clean store. I have myself a new home and slowly but surely every main piece of furniture has/will come from here. High quality furniture! Don't get me wrong I've tried almost every furniture store and nothing beats Badcock Furniture. They have themselves now a loyal customer.
Bought new furniture in May 2020. Couch recliner became stuck in the up position in November. Called November 9th and a technician came out 2 weeks later to inform me he had no idea how to work on electrical. He said he was ordering all new wiring because he didn't know anything about it. It is now January 5th and they are still telling me they are waiting on parts. Would not recommend buying from this company!!!
Our salesperson, Amanda, was very pleasant and helpful. The credit approval process was so quick and easy. We had to come back to sign our paperwork and place a Downpayment and Amanda had everything ready to go. We were in and out. The Manager was also great. Had a terrible experience We want we saw we figured out what we wanted we wrote the deal up he said for 24 months Down to the finish line he said now it's for the 12 month policy We ask why he said it just changed so we cancel the order and walked out the door will never Go back Should have never changed the sale at the end of the whole process
