I've know Karl (owner for volks audio) for a long time (10yrs plus). Back then I always used to buy from him and had him hook up my systems too. This time around I got a new amp and speaker from him and he even changed some wires I had installed by another to much better top of the line wires. The system hits strong and sounds great. Will continue to go back to him in the future. Great customer service!
Highley recommend, my experience was great with Karl. He talked to me through the whole process. Gave me many options, and recommended items based on my price point and sound I wanted without trying to upsale me. He genuinely treats each project as that, not just another bike.
