Great experience. I received help from Yarais and she was amazing. She mad sure i was comfortable and got all my answers to my questions. Thus store has great customer service.

I have been to this store a bunch of times and I can honestly say that the customer service i received was great, I had great help from Julian and Yasiri, they were very polite and helpful, great people to talk to.

Yasiris, is an excellent manager/sales associate and just overall beautiful person. My husband and I walked into the store half an hour before closing to initially switch on a phone that I had bought online. She commented, very matter of a factly that the store had just received the same phone with better specifications than the one I bought online and instantly we bought the Metro version and my husband decided to switch his phone service to Metro PCS also. It took us 10-15 minutes to purchase but we ended up spending over an hour with Yasiris helping us ensure that all our applications, photos and other important information was transferred to our liking. She gave us a quick and easy tutorial on the particular phones. It was an overall delight to have spent that hour there. I deteste changing my cellphone normally and avoid it like the plague, usually. I had been in the store during the holidays to set up my daughter's phone that she got for Christmas and Yasiris was such a ray of sunshine. Efficient and quick that I chose to drive past 3 other locations to be able to work with her at this location again, Orange city in the Bravo plaza. I have had good experiences and some ok encounters, at other locations in my over 13 years as a Metropcs customer. But my 2 separate visits for service with Yasiris, were the most amazing service encounters. She has my cell business hands down, Everytime!
