This is the only neighborhood market so far ,they have everything that we order online
They have everything as any other grocery store! There's only a couple things I don't care for! 1- there's only one maned check out lane, 2- there's no main door to access the restroom, 3- some of their popular items are almost always empty such as the gallon cold teas! Other than that I think I rather shop here than Winn Dixie! Just my opinion though! Today is 1/23/21 I've changed my review from 4 stars to 2! They have completely got rid of all the cashier's and it's all self checkout now! This place has gone downhill fast since they've opened! I have so much to say about this but, I just don't have the energy now after having to do free labor at Walmart! The sad thing is I'll probably still go there because of the convenience and they are sometimes cheaper! Anyways highly very highly upset! We should get discounts for doing it ourselves or paid for it! Yet they want $15/hr! Don't expect me to put my shopping cart away!
On Friday evening around 5:00 on 01/19/21, the manager of the store was out front (I believe he said his name was Ian) It started pouring down rain. He offered to watch my cart full of groceries and allow me to pull up and load them into my vehicle so I wouldn't get soaked. He was there already helping an elderly lady load her purchases. This young man was so polite, and it is not often that you encounter a Wal-Mart employee that takes pride in their work, and is so willing to go out of their way to help. I was SUPER impressed.
It used to be a really nice store, unfortunately won't be going there ever again. They changed all registers to self serve. Not taking on consideration people that have health problems.nReally dissapointed.
Jon is one of the nicest guys I've ever met. He's personable, professional and hard working. Definitely an asset to the store! Today, we tried grocery pickup for the first time and were pleasantly surprised with how convenient it was. Jon made us leave with a smile on our faces. Thanks, Jon!
