Three stars because I have had really good massages from here but my experiences always changes @ this establishment .Sometimes I get someone that just knows how to read your body. Other times just someone who doesn’t care or attempt to understand what you need. If you come here go for the women masseuses, they’re less likely to break your back and neck and leave you feeling more hurt than when you came in.

Very deep massage. It was awesome. I will be back.

They won’t open until 7/1. Do not use the online reservation system until then. It’s kind of odd that they don’t even care the misleading information...

*Update: went for the 1-hour foot massage, and it was even BETTER than the back massage! Never been so relaxed in my life.*nEXCELLENT back massage! For the price, I would have been happy with less, but this was a very intense, professional, high-quality massage! They were very gracious and safely accommodated my 8-months-pregnant-belly, which is not easy to do. And yet the massage therapist used enough pressure to relieve all the stress from my back. Very impressive. Looking forward to returning often! The music, decor, and atmosphere are extremely relaxing.

She didn’t introduce herself or ask if I had any problem areas. I noticed it was not hygienic, and I had nowhere to place my belongings other than on the floor or on the massage table with me.nThe “room” is more like a high wall cubical. I could hear telephones and 2 women at the front desk asking for a discount if they booked more than 2 massages. As well as people opening drawers and cabinets.nI had a 90 min full body massage. Over 60 min of that time was spent on my back (I did not request that). They left twice during the time, once to get hot stones and once for a towel.nI felt as though she was not a trained masseuse. At one point she was grinding her forearms across my spine (it hurt). She used body oil on my face which caused me break out and used a paper towel on the face rest as the “sheet”.nWhen I was paying for what was the worst massage I’ve ever had, they told me I needed to tip them more!!
