So I went to this apka spa for threading. First that lady does upper lips to me and once it was done I took the mirror and going to check it. As soon as I took it she said ingrowns can’t be coverd. At Keats let me check 1st then speak. She was but rude too. You need to learn this from galaxy salon who are really professional and their customer service is really good.nPS: your charges are too high.ud83dude44

I went for the first time and it was very bad experience. That was the last time I went. Charges are high as compared to the quality of service. They don't know how to do threading and waxing. She was in rush for no reason. No cleaning after threading and all wrong angles of waxing. I had been into waxing since many years but this was my worst experience ever.

Worst place ever. Went for head massage . The lady who keeps saying she is from Singapore did the most ridiculous massage ever. And on top of that recommended other things to get done . Wastage of 40 bucks.nAVOID. When raj used to work here it was really good . Now the services are all about talking , silly conversations and hopeless services. Everyone is rushing to get the service done with no customer satisfaction.Even threading is really bad. All the reviews here are so bad.nSave your money and go to some decent place. This place is running due to next to Mayuri.

I had been to aapka spa today and it was first time there. I had gone there for a full face waxing. While she was waxing the upper part of my face I suddenly felt a burning sensation under my lips. When I looked into the mirror I encountered there was a red patch under my lips. I don't know how this red patch came, was it because the wax was too hot or because she was really in a hurry to complete the waxing and very rough at her work as well. The way she created a mess of the waxing she did not seem to be experienced at all. I would not recommend anyone to go here. It was a very bad experience.

I wasn't really happy with the way the staff did my brows. Poonam does it very nicely, though! Will start making appointments to make sure she does my brows :)
