Very good experience here with Rikki and Erin. Despite the big challenge of not knowing exactly how things would go for me as a patient, I had no surprises at all. Rikki and Erin were comprehensive in explaining everything that could happen, so I wasn't caught off guard. Everything I experienced was something they discussed, including the improvements! I had very visible improvements in between my 2 visits. It was a huge relief, and I'm so glad I visited Rikki and Erin for this.

They are thorough, knowledgeable, great customer service and very private. I went in for my consultation spoke about my target areas, they listened and they gave me the results that I wanted to achieve. If you are considering coolsculpting, Medical Spa NW is the place to have it done!!

My experience here was fantastic. I felt apprehensive about doing this in the beginning. I feel uncomfortable in plastic surgery settings so when I found out this was cool sculpting only, I decided to give it a try. WOW! It was like going to a spa for the day, I felt like queen for a day! They pamper you, are super friendly and they do everything possible to make you comfortable. I was there for three hours and they bought and paid for lunch of my choice and it was served to me as I relaxed with many pillows and blankets. The pricing was reasonable and to top it off they gave me a $50.00 discount for traveling all the way from Shoreline for my treatments. This is the only place in my opinion to have cool sculpting done! (One last thing...lots of free parking:)

I had heard about Cool Sculpting and wanted to give it a try because of my stubborn belly fat and no waist anymore for years. I checked out some places and decided to go the Medical Spa NW. Rikki and Erin are beyond excellent, highly skilled and personable.nThey explained the procedure to me and let me know what to expect. It was all true. My before and after pictures were all the proof I needed to write this sincere review.nI highly recommend Medical Spa NW. They are professional, accommodating, and the results are amazing. Rikki and Erin are a superb team. The time I spent there went so fast. I brought magazines to read, my computer, and my phone to pass the time. They also have magazines there. You are even treated to a meal while you are there....and the choices for food are many.nI just went back to get a little more done to my smaller tummy. You won't regret going there if you are thinking along these lines. Lots better than lipo and less invasive with good results. The day after I had my first procedure, I was out raking leaves and shoveling dirt in my yard. No down time, little discomfort.nBesides getting great results, Rikki and Erin are very nice people.
