The Spa at PRO Club

The best kept secret!!!! You don't have to be a member of Pro Club to go here and they have the best facilities. Super spacious, extremely clean, great people. KP brought me back to blonde and put in some hair extensions for me to fill out my fine hair. I love it! I come here for everything - facials, massage, super swanky nail salon. They've done a really good job with COVID and I felt really safe with the private curtains and individual pedicure rooms.

I was literally shocked to see and read the reviews of this spa on google. I have been going here for more than 15 years. That's right. 15+ years. My hair colorist, Jeff, is a GEM. No on does color like he does. At least in my not so humble opinion. Every business has it's ups and downs as far as service. But overall this place is fantastic. So do not be dissuaded from booking here. Try it for yourself.

I recently had color done by one of their senior stylists. I wanted to go from brown to a brown/blond highlight. I showed him a photo. After 3.5 hours, it looked nothing like the photo. There were huge chunks of brown. Also the highlights started inches from my roots and you could see straight horizontal lines where the brown ended and blond started in parts of my hair. To top it off he basically bleached my ends and completely fried my hair. It was over $400. Never going back. Oh and he was sniffling and adjusting his mask the whole time so obviously they're letting employees work while sick. (It has been about a month since then so he did NOT have COVID) but it was super scary and awkward.

I have been going to The Spa at Pro for over 5 years. Every aspect is impeccable down to the last detail. They truly care about my wellbeing and I feel that every time I visit. They are the only place I really trust with everything from hair and make-up to nails, massage, skincare and waxing. I love that I can get everything done here and trust that it will be perfect. Every time I come in there is something new and exciting to see, this place never stops growing! Thank you for taking such good care of me!

A few years go, they completely ruined my face by Fraxel laser treatment. Afterwards, they denied Fraxel laser could cause any damage to my face but then they stopped doing Fraxel laser right after. I doubt if their staff is professionally trained for this treatment at all. They also blacklisted me as a patient and refused to provide further assistance. Bad service.
